3. Information That Behavior Agent ™ Collects
We receive and store any information you knowingly enter in Behavior Agent ™. This information may include, without limitation; Personal Information such as names, user names, email address’, organization affiliation, and any other information necessary for us to provide our Service. Behavior Agent ™ retains personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and as required to comply with business and legal requirements. The length of time Behavior Agent ™ retains personal information varies and may extend beyond the end of the individual’s relationship with Behavior Agent ™.
5. Internet Privacy and Security
Behavior Agent ™ and your organization work together to protect the online privacy of all team members that use Behavior Agent ™. Behavior Agent ™ information collection, security, and privacy policies have been authorized by your organization, and Behavior Agent ™ strives to manage your business or school’s client content in a secure manner. For example, Behavior Agent ™ uses industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption to transfer private, personal information, the same technology used by online banks. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and Behavior Agent ™ cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information managed by the site, whether transmitted to Behavior Agent ™ by you, your organization, or collaborating team members. Behavior Agent ™ will from time to time review and revise its privacy practices and this Privacy Statement. Policy changes will apply to the information collected from the date of the revised Privacy Statement as well as to existing information held by Behavior Agent ™. 7. California Residents
Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, also known as the “Shine the Light Law, “any of our users who are California residents are entitled to request and receive once a year, free of charge, a notice from us describing what categories of personal customer information we share with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. That notice will identify the categories of information shared, the third parties and affiliates with which it was shared, and their names and addresses. Currently, Behavior Agent ™ does not share any personal customer information with third parties for direct marketing purposes.
